Why we exist
The difficult part begins after the demonstration.
AI prototypes are easier to create than ever. Turning one into a useful service still demands careful decisions about identity, data, evaluation, failure, cost, user behaviour, and operational ownership.
We formed the studio around that gap. Our work combines product and engineering delivery with the security mindset needed when a system can access sensitive information or take consequential action.
We stay close to the work. The people responsible for the recommendation remain involved in the architecture, implementation, and handover. Where a scope needs specialist assurance or additional capacity, we make that requirement explicit.
